Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn boots back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
